The Father Foundation partners with Blue Ridge Pregnancy Center for the 'For The Love of Dads' Diaper Drive that honors local fathers by giving each dad a month’s supply of diapers.
The event is held at Jubilee Family Center on Feb. 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Cardinal News is expanding its local coverage using a $150,000 Google News Initiative grant to build a sustainable path for an NRV reporter – a one-week fund drive seeks 30 new Cardinal Club members while a new NRV newsletter already has nearly 2,200 subscribers.

Lynchburg City Schools surprised bus drivers, facilities, and maintenance employees with breakfast Friday morning to thank them for their hard work during Winter Storm Fern.

A UVA Health doctor in Lynchburg said many who believe they are allergic to penicillin are not, noting tests show up to 90% of patients lose sensitivity over time.
