  • Forecasts indicate that rising Pacific temperatures may signal an upcoming El Niño that could bring needed rains to ease the severe drought in our region.   • Governor Abigail Spanberger signed bipartisan bills yesterday that cap a 30-day insulin supply at $35 and require Marketplace plans to limit monthly prescription drug costs, aiming to ease healthcare expenses for Virginians.
