- ➤ The Wall Star Center opened Friday on Dillard Road in Madison Heights to offer day support services for Lynchburg-area adults with developmental disabilities. It provides classes (yoga, art and outings) to build skills and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. WSET
