Owner Taryn Bishop, a licensed aesthetician who began doing event makeup at age 15, said she enjoys helping women feel confident.

Campbell County Board of Supervisors is considering raising the lodging tax to 5% or higher to fund park upgrades + this move mirrors Lynchburg’s recent approach.
Officials have yet to set a vote date for the proposal today.
