Casa Nueva, a new event venue converted from a 1940s Art Deco dry cleaner, will open July 12 near the stadium on Fort Avenue (Erica and Daryl Calfee of Penny Lane Properties) after extensive renovations cleared decades-old items.
The venue (which can host up to 200 guests) will host weddings and private events as part of a series of upcoming developments downtown.
