Florin Doroiman went to court Thursday in Lynchburg and faced charges for credit card larceny, a felony, and using a credit card skimming device, a misdemeanor, after Walmart managers found the device during a morning check—security footage showed him installing it and he later said a man paid him $200 for the job.
