- ➤ Bedford County Commonwealth’s Attorney Wes Nance said digital evidence—phone records and texts—was key in convicting Trenton Frye for the strangulation of his ex-girlfriend at her Forest apartment as records showed his phone was near the crime scene despite his claim of being in North Carolina.
