- ➤ Lynchburg food truck Rolled or Bowled is moving into a permanent restaurant space on Graves Mill Road as owner Jordan Anderson announced plans to open in early 2026—he said the new menu will feature both fan favorites from the truck and new dishes. Anderson has sold his mobile unit but will still serve the community at special events. WSET

- ➤ Lynchburg leaders are pushing for stronger protections after children were exposed to marijuana smoke—officials say current rules do not keep kids safe. They will propose measures to reduce exposure and protect local families. WDBJ7

- ➤ Virginia's hunting season will begin soon with early muzzleloader deer season starting November 1 and modern firearms season beginning November 15 — experts advise testing guns at ranges to ensure safety before heading into the field.
