A new mural is being painted on the wall of Hughes Supply on Park Avenue today to boost mental health awareness with help from Horizon Behavior Health, the HYPE club, and the Suicide Prevention Awareness Coalition — community members are invited to join in painting and start conversations about support and hope. This project seeks to spread positivity and inspire local conversations about mental well-being.

E.C. Glass High School was renamed in 1920 for Edward Christian Glass and moved to a new Memorial Avenue building in 1953.
