I've been dismayed at the disdain of public schools I've heard expressed or implied by members of Lynchburg's City Council and School Board.

“Their goal seems to be to bleed the monies needed for excellence. We need a new generation of real leaders who support public education like Roger Jones and it lifts my spirits knowing he is still invested in real solutions to the problems…”

The Wrap

The Fall Thomas Jefferson Wine Festival returns Saturday, Nov. 7, with food, drink, shopping and a gem of American history to explore between sips. Clear skies are in the forecast for that day. Sounds like a pour decision in the best way.
